{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"0dfe76d6e73202d7b02a2d1b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0dfe76d6e73202d7b02a2d1b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0dfe76d6e73202d7b02a2d1b","title":"Cloud Security Engineer","description":"Flexwind is looking for a full-time Cloud Security Engineer to support the client.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nFacilitate the understanding and shaping of the end-to-end cloud security strategy and governance across various cloud-based designs to provide contributions into the ideas for protecting the enterprise security of a client.\nDesign and develop security architectures for cloud and cloud/hybrid-based systems.\nFulfill subject matter expertise role for cloud-based information system protection.\nFacilitate the understanding and shaping of the end-to-end security strategy and underlying architecture.\nArticulate and expound on overarching cloud security architecture governance across IT projects, architectures, or designs.\nEvaluate and recommend cloud security technologies and solutions.\nEnsure alignment of cloud security technologies with business and security objectives.\nMaintain a high level of technical acumen and proficiency, ranging from security fundamentals to current technologies.\nCommunicate with stakeholders to convey technical and program-level solution requirements.\n\nRequirements\n\nMust have a minimum of a TS/SCI with Poly.\nFour or more years of experience in cloud security engineering.\nThree or more years of experience with firewalls, application traffic management, Cloud Access Security Broker, privileged access management, and data loss prevention, including an understanding of offerings within virtualization, AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.\nAWS Certification\nAzure Certified MCP – AZ-500\nExperience with PowerShell, scripting, Terraform, Ansible, etc.\nThree or more years of experience with security countermeasures, cloud-based delivery services, and application development or DevOps.\nCloud security engineering experience with web application penetration testing, along with knowledge of the design and development of security architectures for cloud and hybrid-cloud systems, enterprise security architecture, and best practices.\n\nWork Location: Onsite, Washington DC Metro Area\n\nWe invite you to apply if you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute your skills to a collaborative and innovative team.\n\nPlease submit your resume detailing your relevant experience.
