The CQE drives customer satisfaction by managing quality concerns, leading root cause investigations, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions.\n\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nServe as the primary quality contact for assigned customers.\nRespond to customer quality inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.\nParticipate in customer meetings, audits, and quality reviews.\nCommunicate customer requirements and expectations to internal teams.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships focused on quality performance and continuous improvement.\nLead investigations of customer complaints, returns, and nonconformance reports.\nFacilitate root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Fault Tree Analysis.\nEnsure timely closure of customer quality issues and provide comprehensive responses.\nSupport internal and external audits.\nMaintain quality records, reports, and documentation related to customer quality performance.\nMonitor customer quality metrics, including PPM, warranty claims, returns, and complaint trends.\nAnalyze data to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.\nPrepare and present quality performance reports to customers and leadership.\nTrack and report corrective action effectiveness.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management teams to resolve quality concerns.\nSupport product launches and customer qualification activities.\nParticipate in risk assessments, process improvement projects, and quality planning activities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.\n5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Customer Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related roles.\nExperience leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes.\nKnowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and quality data analysis tools.\n\nBenefits and Perks:\n\nHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance\nAnnual Bonus Program\n$350 Annual Wellness Credit\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\n401k with match up to 5%\nLife insurance\nDisability insurance\n5 days of paid sick leave annually\n15 days PTO annually (prorated based on start date)\n$350 Production Reimbursement Program\n\nEqual Opportunity: MIRATECH is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
