Job DescriptionDuties:Performing derates and main panel upgradesDiagnose and resolve electrical issues related to solar projects and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safetyOversee parts of the construction crewTroubleshooting electrical equipment and solar projectsAdhere to and enforce quality standards and safety codes in all electrical work. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain a safe working environmentConduct thorough evaluations of residential and commercial properties to assess electrical needs and plan for necessary upgrades or modificationsAssist with and perform other various electrical tasks as assigned, contributing to the successful completion of projectsRequirements:Of legal age, over 18Clean driving recordReliable transportation to and from workAbility to lift 50lbsMust have good leadership skillsThe ability to respond quickly to soundsThe ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spacesThe ability to see and respond to dangerous situationsThe ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 50 poundsThe ability to work in extreme weatherThe ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the daySpanish speaking a plus but not requiredExpertise in electrical systems, including panel upgrades, grounding, bonding, and troubleshootingMust be open to random drug screeningsBenefits:Company vehicle and gas cardMedical, Vision and Dental enrollment eligibility upon 3 months of employmentLife Insurance plan paid by company
