POSITION REQUIREMENTS\nQualified candidates must be effective leaders with excellent communication skills, strong decision making ability, and must be able to excel in a fast paced environment. It is essential for the MIT to foster and maintain a positive environment that develops and engages their team and generates sales. MITs have the proven ability and desire to become a store manager.\nGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n Takes responsibility for own training, ensures completion of Management Certified and other training modules, as directed by District Manager.\n Motivates store AutoZoners to provide WOW!
