Civil/Architectural Project Engineer with in the Pharmaceutical, Medical device, chemical industry

Civil Project Engineer Location: ON SITE 4 days a week in Lebanon, IN Contract Length: 3 yearsVirtual: -2 Interviews ( Both Virtual )Pharma experience big plusRate: High MUST HAVES:Degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related5+ years’ experience in construction management Project Manager Owners rep, working with design firm and EPCM firm for oversight, not really going into construction field much more desk jobPackage must be fireproofing, exterior cladding and glazing, roofing, fire stoppage, PREFERRED cold rooms but not hard requirementChange order validationPharma best, other regulated fine. Med device, chemical. NOT oil and gas10-15M+ minimum scope experienceExperience & Qualifications5–10 years of project engineering or project management experience with in the construction Experience managing multi-million-dollar scopes (typically $10-15M+)Strong background in one or more of the following industries is preferred: PharmaceuticalManufacturingChemicalDemonstrated experience working with: EPCM organizationsDesign engineering firmsMulti-discipline construction teamsStrong understanding of scope definition, change control, and package-level deliveryExcellent coordination, communication, and organizational skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical disciplineAdditional NotesThis is primarily an oversight and coordination role, not a traditional field PE positionCandidate should be comfortable leading through influence and managing interfaces rather than performing daily field inspectionsUrgent need — goal is to onboard the right candidate as quickly as possible
