contractor delivery coordination and workforce support activitiesCollaborating with local and global delivery stakeholders across multiple operational workstreamsSupporting service delivery alignment and operational readiness initiativesWorkflow Management & SLA SupportManaging operational workflows, reporting activities, and delivery coordination processesDriving SLA adherence and operational excellence within delivery environmentsSupporting onboarding processes, contractor engagement, and operational administrationMaintaining operational documentation and reporting accuracyStakeholder & Client EngagementSupporting communication between clients, contractors, and delivery teamsBuilding effective relationships with stakeholders across remote and global teamsAssisting with enterprise delivery coordination and operational support initiativesSupporting client-facing delivery and workforce management activitiesTalent Pipeline & Workforce SupportBuilding and maintaining high-quality talent and delivery pipelinesSupporting sourcing and workforce coordination activities using: ATS platforms, Enterprise sourcing toolsSupporting contractor retention and delivery continuity initiativesAssisting with workforce planning and operational support processesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORKey RequirementsMinimum 4–7 years' experience within: Software Engineering, Managed Services, Enterprise operations, Application management environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilityExperience working within enterprise or managed service environmentsAbility to work effectively within remote and global teamsStrong organisational and workflow management skillsGood understanding of application management and support modelsComfortable using ATS platforms, and
