As a Contractor Inspector you will help to ensure contractor work meets project quality standards and contract requirements. This role performs daily inspections, sampling, and testing of completed and in-progress work, while coordinating with contractors to identify inspection needs, address issues early, and support timely corrective action.\n\nThe Construction Inspector will prepare accurate daily reports documenting field activities, inspections, tests, progress, quantities, weather, deficiencies, non-conforming work, root causes, and corrective actions. Reports are submitted to the supervising Professional Engineer for review and final sign-off, with additional duties assigned as needed to support safe, high-quality project delivery.\n\nWorking with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:\n\nData Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.\n\nHealth, Safety, and Environment: Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.\n\nInsights and Reporting: Extract simple/automatic data in various forms (graphs, charts, etc.) to include in reports.\n\nOperational Compliance: Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
