Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Early Childhood Teacher Assistant Aide, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a nurturing environment for young learners. In this role, you will support lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and promoting positive development for children in preschool and daycare settings. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in preparing and organizing educational materials aligned with curriculum goals, including literacy, math, and social-emotional development activities Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies to create a safe, inclusive environment Engage with children during structured lessons and free play to promote early childhood development, including toddler care and Montessori-inspired activities Help monitor and document children's progress, communicating observations to teachers for curriculum development and individualized support plans Support children by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance to foster inclusion and participation Maintain a clean, organized classroom and center environment that adheres to health and safety standards for daycare and preschool settings Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's unique needs Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school environments is preferred Familiarity with classroom management practices and behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with parents Ability to assist in using technology that incorporates lesson planning & curriculum development across subjects such as math, literacy, and social skills Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for early childhood education helps shape bright futures.
