The Superintendent will manage on-site construction operations, enforce safety and quality standards, maintain schedule and budget performance, coordinate subcontractors and site staff, and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead daily field operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals are met.\nManage project schedules, lookaheads, and trade coordination across concrete, steel, MEP, and finish work.\nEnforce OSHA compliance through safety meetings, inspections, and corrective actions.\nMonitor field costs, budgets, change orders, forecasts, and project progress.\nMaintain project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, as-builts, and punch lists.\nCoordinate with project teams and design stakeholders to resolve field and constructability issues.\nOversee quality control, inspections, corrective work, and warranty items.\nManage subcontractor performance, manpower, equipment, and scope compliance.\nLead owner, architect, and contractor meetings, providing updates on schedule, budget, and safety.\nSupport commissioning, turnover, forecasting, process improvements, and staff development.\n\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of Superintendent experience delivering commercial construction projects.\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience\nStrong field leadership overseeing site staff, subcontractors, and multi-trade coordination.\nKnowledge of construction methods including concrete, structural steel, and general contracting.\nExperience in specialty sectors such as healthcare, K-12, data centers, industrial, multifamily, or public works is a plus.\n\nApplicates who fill out the skills and questions will be the first candidates reviewed!\n\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits Included\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
