Role Description This part-time Occupational Paramedic role is an on-site position located in Ellendale, ND. The role involves delivering on-site medical services, including immediate first aid and emergency response for workplace injuries or illnesses. Responsibilities include assessing health conditions, coordinating care, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with workplace and regulatory health standards. Additionally, the Occupational Paramedic will support employer safety initiatives and provide health education to improve job-site safety. Qualifications Certification: Valid Paramedic certification or licensure in good standing; CPR certification.Medical Skills: Proficiency in first aid, emergency response, health assessments, and treatment of work-related injuries or illnesses.Documentation: Experience with accurate record-keeping, incident documentation, and compliance reporting.Communication and Education: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with employees and employers, and the ability to deliver health education or safety training.Familiarity with workplace compliance and safety procedures; knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus.Flexibility to work part-time hours and the ability to operate effectively in an on-site environment.Previous experience in workplace or occupational health services preferred.
