Purpose.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nTechnical Enablement & Deployment Architecture\nExecute deployment and technical enablement for Google Workspace environments.\nAssist in the architectural design, implementation, and feature activation of Google Workspace Enterprise features and agentic workflows.\nConfigure identity, access management, and secure connection protocols for client cloud environments.\nConfigure, integrate, and operationalize gPanel and Promevo Insights across client environments to optimize SaaS governance and Agentic Operations.\nConfigure and manage Google Cloud/Workspace APIs and integrations to support custom client automation.\nAssist in the deployment and configuration of Chrome Enterprise policies to support secure device management for clients.\nAutomation & Custom Solution Engineering\nDevelop custom scripts and agentic workflows using Apps Script, Python, or PowerShell to extend Google Workspace, Gemini, and gPanel functionality.\nArchitect and implement agentic automation workflows (using Gemini Enterprise, Google Cloud AI tools, and Workspace integrations) to modernize client business processes.\nClient Advisory & Cross-Functional Engagement\nLead executive-level technical discussions to align business goals with Gemini Enterprise capability, gPanel management, and workspace optimization.\nGuide client IT administrators through initial setup, security policy automation, and advanced administration features within gPanel to solidify operational stickiness.\nCollaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success teams during technical discovery to identify adoption gaps, scoping post-sale enablement for gPanel, Promevo Insights, and Gemini Enterprise.\nEnablement, Training & Documentation\nDeliver high-impact technical training and enablement sessions for client admins and end-users, driving Gemini Enterprise prompt fluency and gPanel operational mastery.\nWrite technical documentation for deployed solutions that includes end-user guides and process manuals.\nCreate, publish, and maintain training assets in our LMS covering Gemini Enterprise use cases, gPanel administration, and Promevo Insights best practices.\nTelemetry & Adoption Monitoring\nMonitor client license usage, feature engagement, and platform telemetry through Promevo Insights to proactively identify low adoption and implement technical remediation strategies.\nGoals & Key Objectives\nAchieve targeted license activation rates for Gemini Enterprise and gPanel across assigned client accounts within specified post-sale timeframes.\nDrive measurable adoption increases in high-value features (e.g., Gemini prompt usage, automated workflows, Promevo Insights reporting, gPanel security policies) among enterprise accounts.\nSuccessfully design and deploy custom agentic/automation workflows that increase client reliance on the Google Workspace and Promevo ecosystem.\nProactively identify and remediate low-usage accounts through usage data analysis before contract renewal periods.\nSuccessfully develop and manage robust integrations between client ecosystems and Promevo insights tools.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nAnything else that needs to be done that adds value to the business, our clients, and your co-workers.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nProficient knowledge of DNS, Networking, and Email Administration.\n3+ years of experience administering MS Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory.\n3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).\n3+ years of experience with and/or understanding of Office 365, Exchange, or SharePoint Online.\nExperience using migration and SaaS management tools (Google Workspace Migrate, CloudM, GAM, etc.).\n3+ years of working with integration tools Okta, ADFS, GAM, BetterCloud, CloudM Manage, GCDS, etc..\nFamiliarity with IT security practices such as identity and access management, device management, and data protection.\nDemonstrated experience or strong working knowledge of Generative AI platforms (specifically Google Gemini), prompt engineering, and agentic workflow integration.\nExperience analyzing product telemetry or SaaS consumption metrics (e.g., via Promevo Insights or Google Workspace Admin reports) to drive customer success and adoption strategies.\nCertification (preference): Google Cloud Collaboration Engineer, Google Cloud Associate Engineer, Associate - Google Workspace Administrator, or relevant Generative AI certifications.\nThis position is highly client-facing;
