Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNLocation: 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653Schedule: Part‐Time, Onsite (30 hours per week)Position Type: InternshipReports to: HR ManagerStart Date: We're looking to fill this role quicklyQualifications* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field (Sophomore level preferred)* Academic background aligned with Human Resources or a closely related disciplineLanguage Skills* English: Required* Spanish: A plusProfessional Training / Working Skills* Strong administrative skills* Effective written and verbal communication skillsHR-Related Knowledge* Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions* Experience or familiarity with documentation and record keepingAdditional Skills & CompetenciesPeople-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanorStrong customer service mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsiblyKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with the collection, filing, and maintenance of HR records, including employee files, performance documentation, and record retention materialsConduct quarterly employee file audits to ensure accuracy and compliancePost job openings on SuccessFactors and Handshake, monitor applications, and share candidate pools with hiring managersCoordinate and participate in candidate interviewsSupport pre‐employment verification processes, including background checks and drug screeningsAssist with event scheduling and coordinationMaintain the employee training system and training plans, ensuring records and evidence are current and properly documentedSchedule training opportunities for employees and ensure completion documentation is maintainedPerform quarterly audits of the training systemSupport the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and completion of required documentationEnsure job descriptions are current and maintained on file; update existing descriptions as responsibilities evolve or create new ones for newly established rolesAssist in reviewing and updating HR practices to ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirementsSupport HR policy updates and revisionsAssist with the launch and support of Quality Management SystemsPerform additional duties related to the role, including contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, workplace environment enhancements, and supporting industrial safety, environmental protection, and energy management activities relevant to HR operationsSupport the employee recognition program and assist with the creation and distribution of the monthly employee newsletterAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.Date: May 15, 2026Location:Austin-Texas, TX, USJob Requisition ID: 389680Other jobs in HR
