Our goal is to offer property managers and residents a single point solution to manage their property as it relates to software & staffing.\nAbout the position:\nWe are looking for someone to join our growing team in the San Francisco bay area. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can take the lead on growing & developing our San Francisco market. Our goal is to help residents love where they live - and this position with embody that goal.\nResponsibilities for this position include:\nWorking with and helping manage multiple front desk concierge team members.\nAssisting with managing the front desk concierge team when appropriate\nAssisting with package management, amenity reservations, and move-ins.\nProviding an excellent customer service experience to residents\nWorking together with on-site property management team when appropriate.\nBeing a people person\nIn this role, you would be working on-site with flexibility on shift selection.
