This position supports the onboarding and documentation process for new investors, ensuring all required information is accurately collected, verified, and maintained in compliance with applicable regulatory standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive financial documentation in a structured, deadline-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process investor onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and completenessVerify investor eligibility and accreditation in accordance with established regulatory requirementsExamine complex documentation such as trusts and entity structures for compliance and consistencyMaintain accurate records and support audit-ready documentation practices within internal systemsIdentify and escalate non-standard or complex cases to compliance or legal partners as appropriateCollaborate with internal teams to support efficient and timely onboarding workflowsProvide occasional administrative or front desk support as needed to assist office operations QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or customer support rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with CRM or document management systems preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyExperience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsBackground in financial services, investment operations, or regulated industries is a plusAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
