Our company has hired over 25 new employees in 2024 and is consistently adding to our exceptional staff!We are actively hiring a Record Retrievals Follow-Up Coordinator to our Retrievals Department. We are particularly interested in candidates that are in the states of New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Massachusetts (MA). While we embrace the benefits of remote work, our preference for candidates within these states is driven by our commitment to fostering strong regional connections and ensuring effective collaboration.As a Record Retrievals Coordinator, you would be responsible for gathering the receipt of multiple medical records for a claimant. This involves data entry, follow-up phone calls and preparing documents for our clients. A successful retrieval assistant will be able to work well independently as well as with others and has the ability to multitask.Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but not limited to:Communicating with medical facilities and offices to receive medical records. Document all interactions and progress updates in our softwareFollow- up calls to ensure quick return time for our clients. Uploading documents to cloud-based softwareOrganizational SkillsNot afraid to learn new technology/software. Medical office/customer service experience preferred.
