Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, candidate care responsibilities, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team\nAbility to work onsite in Stamford, CT three days per week, with flexibility to be onsite more frequently during recruiting events or program activities.\nSalary range (USD): $50,500 - $66,500\nKey Accountabilities\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nManaging account-specific recruitment administration activities across the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition management, job posting management, CV/resume capturing, resume book creation, interview scheduling, candidate checklist management, candidate care, offer management, onboarding and offboarding support, and updating applicant tracking systems such as Workday.\nSupporting the Campus and Early Careers Recruiting Team, as well as the Special Programs Events Team, with overall candidate management, event execution, and logistics for Internship and BLP Programs, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinating and supporting onsite recruitment activities including intern and BLP onsite engagement, university recruitment events, and other in-person program activities.\nManaging event-related recruitment administration, including Yello event management, event logistics coordination, hiring history tracking, event analytics reporting, and post-event follow-up activities to support effective program execution and reporting.\nProviding Workday oversight for school/university-related recruitment activity, ensuring candidate records, requisitions, interview steps, offers, and process updates are accurately maintained and completed in line with agreed timelines.\nSupporting screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and candidate communication for campus, internship, BLP, and related early careers recruitment processes, while ensuring a high level of candidate care throughout the process.\nManaging multiple calendars and coordinating schedules across recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure interviews, meetings, events, and program activities are organized effectively.\nCompleting reports, trackers, hiring history updates, and event analytics accurately and within required deadlines, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of recruitment activity, progress, and outcomes.\nBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, university recruitment partners, and other account stakeholders to support the effective running of recruitment processes and program events.\nEnsuring stakeholders and colleagues are regularly updated on relevant processes, timelines, changes, and candidate or event-related activity, while providing first-line support to help manage questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when required.\nManaging various ad-hoc administration activities to support the recruitment process and events, including updating operations manuals, process documentation, trackers, and other materials required for smooth delivery.\nReviewing processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate, stakeholder, and event experience.\nOverseeing work allocation and reviewing the accuracy of output for other Recruitment Coordinators or Senior Recruitment Coordinators, where required, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of recruitment administration support.\nSkills & Requirements\nYou’ll need to demonstrate:\nPrevious experience working within a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or similar recruitment support environment, with a strong focus on candidate care, recruitment administration, onboarding support, and answering candidate questions throughout the hiring process.\nExperience supporting recruitment processes across multiple stages, including requisition management, job posting, candidate screening coordination, interview scheduling, offer support, onboarding/offboarding activities, and maintaining accurate candidate records.\nStrong experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology, preferably including Workday.\nExperience with event management or campus recruiting platforms such as Yello would be highly beneficial.\nStrong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars, competing priorities, candidate communications, event logistics, and administrative tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines.\nEffective English business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to update trackers, manage reports, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.\nAbility to work effectively in a highly matrixed or complex organization, building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, university recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.\nWorking knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements affecting recruitment activity, such as equal employment opportunity, age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP, and other relevant employment-related considerations.\nDesirable skills & experience:\nPrevious experience in an RPO environment.\nExperience supporting Campus Recruiting, Early Careers, Internship Programs, BLP Programs, university recruitment, or high-volume recruitment events.\nExperience coordinating onsite recruitment events, candidate engagement activities, event logistics, hiring history tracking, and event analytics reporting.\nExperience using Yello or similar event management/campus recruiting platforms.\nExperience working with remote teams, multiple
