You will serve as the primary HR resource for all branches while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and alignment across locations.This position represents an important investment in strengthening our people operations as we continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesStandardize and maintain HR processes across seven branch locationsTravel to branch offices to support HR initiatives, process alignment, and manager trainingManage and process payroll accurately and on timeServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR mattersEnsure smooth operation and optimization of Dayforce (HRIS)Partner closely with accounting and leadership on payroll and compliance mattersSupport onboarding, policy administration, documentation, and compliance initiativesMaintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to federal and state labor lawsQualifications3+ years of HR experience (multi-location or field-based experience preferred)Experience managing payroll and HRIS systems (Dayforce experience strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirementsAbility to travel regularly to branch locationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working in a hands-on, operational environmentEducation: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.What We OfferOpportunity to build and shape HR processes across a growing regional organizationSupport of a national platform with strong regional leadershipCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive compensation (commensurate with experience)Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Work LocationThis role will be based in a newly established central Virginia office, shared with accounting and senior leadership.
