This role is a contract role filling in for someone on leave from 12/2-4/28 but will start interviewing immediately. It is a full time, work from home remote role with most meetings taking place between 10am-4pmEST. This role will be multifaceted with the day in the life being setting up products (programs) in their internal database, managing the process of adding their acquired programs (# episodes, etc), running reporting, conveying information, etc. This is a data entry role with reporting and life-cycle items around data integrity.Content Operations Associate Responsibilities:RequiredGather all elements necessary to create and manage products/items in product information database. Closely monitor acquisitions activities and attend meetings to coordinate the dissemination of relevant elements across departments.PreferredManage life cycles of items within product information database, including Interpreting communications from the Rights Management team, making changes in the PIM system based on those, and periodically running reporting and making changes based on the report results.Communicate the release of new items, through feeds generated out of the Data Warehouse and email communications, as well as the discontinuation of items at the end of their life cycles.Maintain data integrity, quality and accuracy across databases (internal system and Data Warehouse) and interfaces to external partners.Experience/Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word (Access is a plus)High attention-to-detail and multi-tasking skillsGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsData entry and data management a plus experience is a plusRelational database (ex.
