Our employees are invited to be themselves and enhance our distinctive and evolving workplace.This role will require you to be onsite five days/week at Cervelo's HQ in Aliso Viejo, CAAbout YouAs an Inside Sales Representative for International Distributors, you are an integral part of Cervélo & Santa Cruz Bicycles (SCB), connecting the brand to our international partners and riders.Building and maintaining lasting distributor relationships while also meeting sales targets is a challenging and exciting role. There is a potential for this role to become long-term.What Your Day Looks LikeAccount Leadership: Manage the full distributor lifecycle, from product inquiries and order entry to warranty and account health, expand distributor order books and maximize salesOperational Efficiency: Manage B2B platform and inventory communication to ensure seamless order fulfillment and logisticsAchieve stated revenue targets through active selling to an established base of dealersManage sales order entry process, including B2B, for Cervélo distributorsMaximize revenue and distributor fulfillment by matching open demand to inventory ready to shipBe a driving force for the Cervélo and SCB brands within your assigned account list, driving brand allegiance with distribution partners while achieving revenue targetsCoordinate with the International Sales Director and Distributors to create and execute the sales plan, manage the flow of inventory and build relationships with dealersBe the expert in the market dynamics in your territory, identifying opportunities and threats to the Sales Director to maximize brand performanceCreate accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for your assigned territory per distributor to guide sales planning processProvide regular budget reports and year-to-date sales reports for the International Team and the Sales DirectorWhat You Bring To The Table4 years of experience in a sales support role in specialty distribution or outdoor industry retailKnowledge of the bicycle industry and bicycle componentsHigh level of digital competency in Google Suite, with expertise in Google Sheets and Microsoft ExcelExperience in effectively managing your priorities and time autonomouslyAbility to work as part of a semi-remote national teamKnowledge of Spanish, Chinese, Japanese or Korean is preferredExperience with SAP or similar ERP software is preferredLANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English.
