The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nSpecific Duties and Functions\nAs a Vehicle Processor at DMAC Security, your specific duties and functions will include:\nCoordinate Scanning of Outgoing Vehicles:\nUtilize designated scanning equipment to accurately scan outgoing vehicles.\nEnsure all vehicles are scanned thoroughly and in accordance with established procedures.\nEnsure Accurate Documentation:\nRecord and document vehicle details meticulously, including Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Moroney (vehicle label), and VIN plate information.\nVerify the accuracy of all documentation before proceeding with vehicle shipments.\nCommunicate with Carriers and Drivers:\nLiaise with carriers and drivers to coordinate the pickup of vehicles for shipment.\nProvide necessary instructions and information to ensure smooth and timely pickup procedures.\nMonitor Entrances and Exits:\nMaintain vigilance over entrances and exits of the perimeter to oversee vehicle movement.\nEnsure that only authorized vehicles are allowed to enter or exit the premises.\nMaintain Organized Records:\nPrepare and maintain organized records, including Bill of Lading, for all shipped vehicles.\nEnsure accurate documentation of shipment details and keep records up to date.\nThese specific duties and functions are crucial to ensuring the efficient processing and shipment of vehicles at DMAC Security.
