This position requires no direct supervision.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage vendor and partner relationships to ensure performance and delivery.\nLead communication with customers and manage satisfaction.\nPursue new opportunities and expand existing accounts.\nJoin estimating kickoffs and support partner selection, bid reviews, and proposal writing.\nManage all stakeholder communication for the project.\nLead project and customer meetings including internal and customer kick-offs, and project meetings; document meetings and action items in Procore.\nPrepare and communicate detailed project status reports, including delay notices.\nManages coordination efforts across all project disciplines.\nLead full project setup and ongoing project management in Procore —finalize directories, budgets, SOVs, schedules, workflows, and ensure all team members and partners are added correctly.\nLead safety planning—create/review JHA and Safety Plan, verify training, certifications, and equipment readiness, and conduct project orientation.\nDevelop and issue full WBS and detailed project procedures.\nReview submittals to ensure coordination and compliance with schedule and contract documents.\nOwns close-out documentation, inspection resolution, and final turnover, and leads customer close-out meetings.\nOwn project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.\nTrack and report financial status and performance metrics.\nReview and approve weekly timesheets and invoices for accuracy, scope alignment, and cost coding; resolve discrepancies with vendors or field teams.\nLead management of scope and cost changes.\nNegotiate and perform full material buy-out and logistics.\nLead all site QC efforts and enforce specifications.\nOversee daily quality inspections and documentation.\nEnsure project-wide safety compliance and accountability.\nEnsure all owner contracts are in place, uploaded, and understood; align project setup, billing, and deliverables with contract terms.\nLead creation, submission, and approval of all change orders; ensure no subcontractor work begins without customer approval.\nNegotiate vendor and partner purchase orders independently.\nLead project-level risk tracking and mitigation planning.\nEnsure code compliance and permit requirements are met.\nAssign and oversee team responsibilities.\nBuild and maintain a collaborative project culture.\nAllocate resources and adjust assignments by workload.\nProvide clear feedback and performance coaching to team members.\nPerforms other duties as needed to support projects, operations, and the department.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field.\n3-5 years’ experience in project management.\n\nSkills & Abilities\n\nAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teams\nAdvanced knowledge of estimating practices, construction materials, and cost management.\nIntermediate understanding of power distribution, low voltage system components, and general construction requirements.\nAdvanced proficiency in using estimating software and tools.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nStrong organizational skills.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.\nUp to 40% travel to job sites.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Demands\n\nThis job may work inside or outside with possible exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and weather elements in restricted or confined spaces, and on slippery or uneven surfaces. This job may have exposure to working on ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and other exposures typical of heavy construction. This job also operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.\n\nMust be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing reaching, bending crawling, standing, or stretching.\nThe employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds\nMove about on the feet regularly. Sit for extended periods of time.\nRequires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.\nMay require travel.\nExposure to characteristic construction site dangers.\nTalk and hear, ability to communicate with others both written and orally and by telephone.\nPossess good vision, normal or corrected. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision to discern color coded wires, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\nPossesses good hearing, normal or corrected.\nMust be able to wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest), as needed.\nMust be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night shifts, as needed.
