Under minimal supervision, this position primarily supports the Floor Change Control Board (FCCB) for minor engineering changes and additionally provides technical and documentation support to Electrical Engineering on a variety of tasks.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrimary Responsibilities - FCCB Support\n\nServe as the primary Electrical Engineering liaison to the FCCB for minor Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notices (CNs).\nEnsure technical accuracy and clear communication of minor changes, including cost, schedule, and integration impacts.\nCoordinate CAD updates, drawing reviews, and approvals with design, Check/Checking, and Responsible Design Engineers.\nPrepare and present FCCB briefings, track CR/CN status, and drive items to closure.\nParticipate in daily FCCB/program meetings and support configuration control activities.\nSecondary Responsibilities - Engineering Support\nProvide technical support on electrical and cable harness tasks, including manufacturability and process improvements.\nGather, organize, and analyze technical data (e.g., harness designs, build history, test results).\nCreate and update engineering documentation, reports, and drawings.\nConduct tests, record data, and support engineering evaluations.\nObserve all applicable laws, regulations, and company obligations, and maintain a productive and safe working environment in accordance with established procedures.\nPerform additional functions and other duties as assigned or required.\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nTypically requires an associate’s degree in engineering or related technical field and one year of related experience.
