with documents process for the length of projects.\nAssists with overall Project Management responsibilities, including drafting owner billing schedule of values, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.\nSubcontractors – Submittals, O&M’s\nVendors – Equipment lead time, scheduling\nInvolved with various aspects of the bid process, including managing bidding in Procore (or desired method,) subcontractor communication, organizing incoming bids for final leveling and selection.\nDistribution of Project Plans\nSubmittal distribution for all scopes of work, documentation\nUpkeep of records and submittals, O&M requests during course of construction to proactively prepare for close out.\n179D\nAssist with project change orders.\n\nBuilding permit research,
