Position DescriptionAssist with manufacturing processes in the shop including but not limited to Saw, porting, honing, and polishingAssist manufacturing by providing materials to and from all work centersPrimary ObjectivesResponsible for Quality of parts manufactured in a timely mannerKeep manufacturing supplied with materials neededResponsible for daily manufacturing of work in adherence to the quality management systemResponsibilitiesResponsible for manufacturing of partsInspection of partsFollowing safety proceduresMoving of WIP material throughout the facilityCorrect documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints, etc.)Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc. QualificationsAbility to setup and run various machine toolsAbility to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong math and mechanical aptitude preferredComfortable using various computer softwareAbility to use and read measuring equipmentAbility to lift 50 pounds throughout the dayGood verbal and written communication skillsGWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it)Aligns with our Core Values: Integrity, Aggressive, Team Pride, Expertise and RespectFull time employees are eligible for the following benefits:Medical insurance through Medica + free in-home acute health care and on-job site health care through Nice for those enrolled on company's medical plan.100% employer paid Health Partners Dental insurance for single and family (if enrolled on medical plan).100% employer paid premiums for Long-Term Disability and $50,000 life insurance policy.401KAdditionally, full-time employees receive competitive Paid Time OffCompensation is dependent on a candidates skills and experience.* Below identifies an anticipated hiring range which includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential.
