Our team exists to reduce risk and enable safe, reliable product delivery.\nResponsibilities\nDesigning and delivering security-focused infrastructure projects from concept to production implementation\nOperating and enhancing security-critical production services with emphasis on reliability and resilience\nAutomating infrastructure and deployment workflows to minimize risk and reduce manual processes\nCollaborating with security, platform, and engineering teams to implement secure system updates effectively\nEnhancing observability and leveraging operational data to drive reliability and security improvements\nWhat We're Looking For\nDemonstrate 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform/Infrastructure/Cloud Engineering\nHave experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform / Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering\nShow expertise in managing large-scale production environments using Kubernetes-based systems.\nPossess designing or operating security infrastructure (e.g., Vault, PKI systems, secrets delivery, identity systems, SDKs/APIs)\nHave experience in at least one programming language used for production systems (e.g., Go, Python, Java)\nDemonstrate experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ArgoCD)\nAble to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitLab Runners\nHave an understanding of observability and production monitoring in distributed systems\nDemonstrate working experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, OCI)\nOperate and designing infrastructure in AWS GovCloud or other regulated cloud environments (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5), with an understanding of compliance and boundary requirements\nSalary Range or On Target Earnings:\nMinimum:\n$87,600.00\nMaximum:\n$186,000.00\nIn addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.\nNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.\nWe also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations\nAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
