Custom Fabrication Production Associate
Counter-Form LLC is looking for a Custom Fabricator - Square Edge!! Starting at $20+/hr based on experience! Production Schedule: Starting at 6:30 AM Counter-Form LLC is a recognized leader in the manufacturing of postform and custom laminate countertops. What will you do:Review daily production schedules and prioritize fabrication workRead and interpret work orders, measurements, and technical drawingsCut and prepare core materials using table saws, panel saws, and other equipmentBuild and assemble custom countertops, including edge build-ups and specialty componentsApply edge banding using proper heating, adhesion, and alignment techniquesPerform laminate application, trimming, routing, and finishing processesUse pinch rollers, sanding, filing, and detailing tools to ensure a high-quality finishInspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and completenessLabel and stage completed products for the next phase of production or shippingCoordinate with saw, CNC, and other departments to ensure efficient workflowMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirementsSupport team members and contribute to process improvementsPerform other duties as assigned What you need:Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or woodworking environments (1-3 years preferred)Ability to read tape measures, work orders, and technical drawings accuratelyExperience using hand and power tools (routers, saws, sanders, etc.)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to manage time effectively and meet production deadlinesSolid understanding of material handling and fabrication processesStrong teamwork and communication skillsManual dexterity and problem-solving abilityAbility to safely lift, carry, and move materials and stand for extended periodsCommitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE Preferred:Experience with laminate application and countertop fabricationFamiliarity with CNC or panel saw operationsBackground in cabinetry, woodworking, or blueprint reading As a Counter-Form, LLC Team Member you'll enjoy:Full Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityCareer Growth & Advancement OpportunitiesPay increases during the first year of employmentBonuses, Paid Time Off, and 8 Paid Holidays401(k) + Company ContributionOnsite NurseTeam-oriented, collaborative work environment Equal Opportunity Employer.
