The Engineer will work under the direction of the Senior Application Development Manager to contribute to the entire software development lifecycle in optimizing front-end (user experience) and back-end workflow. Must be willing to share a link to your React work.\nRequired Experience (3+ years):\nExperience with real-world software development, system design, and cloud deployments.\nExperience with RESTful APIs for service communication, both design and management.\nExperience with source control and collaboration using Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with User Centricity and Value Creation.\nExperience with microservices, monolithic, and event-driven architectures.\nExperience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications.\nExperience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).\nExperience in front-end & back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).\nExperience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.\nExperience in debugging and troubleshooting using profiling tools, logs, and exception handling.\nExperience with writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\nExperience with utilizing automated testing & CI/CD pipelines to maintain software quality.\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments, participating in sprints and stand-ups.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesigns, codes, unit tests and integrates new features and functionality as defined by the PO and team\nApplies creative problem solving that bring software designs to life Builds solutions within domain to drive projects and be able to integrate with solutions from other domains\nAssists in the development of automated test harnesses as necessary to ensure delivery of high-quality code\nParticipates in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and disruptive digital solutions\nUpdates progress daily through the tracking tool in use. Able to work with various methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall) and tracking mechanisms (e.g., Jira) Completes & ensures completion of any required documentation required e.g., deployment, maintenance, support & business needs.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nPreferred Certifications:\nAbility to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex software ecosystems.\nAbility to create clear technical documentation and communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization\nABOUT ISHIR\nISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
