Clinical Therapist

Thisposition performs initial screenings and assessments, develops and implements training plans, documents clientprogress via progress notes, provides behavioral health counseling and educational services for individuals,couples, families and groups; and provides daytime crisis intervention services as needed and aftercare servicesindicated by the treatment plan.Qualifications:* Master's degree from an accredited college or university. State of New Mexico independent or nonindependent licensure as a Master's or doctorate level mental health counselor, social worker, (e.g.,LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW or psychologist is required.* Must be licensed in the state of New Mexico, LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, (Provisional NM licenses areaccepted)Job Requirements:* Up-to-date knowledge of the Knowledge of and Bilingual (Spanish/ DSM and diagnostic techniquescompliance with HIPAA to ensure confidentiality English) preferredEmpathy and active listening skillsMust have excellent organizational and time-management skills.Must have a great sense of ethics, professionalism, and be able to positively represent La Casa BehavioralHealth within the community.* Must be skilled in establishing rapport and maintaining a professional working relationship with clientsand collateral contacts such as schools, doctors, etc.* Must be skilled at completing assessment and social histories, treatment plans, and discharge reportsthoroughly and in a timely fashion.* Must possess basic computer skills, have experience in using electronic health record, managingelectronic calendars, scanning, and uploading documents.* Must be a self-starter and reliable.Salary & Benefits:Starts at $27.41 per hour; based on licensure and experienceHealth InsuranceDental insuranceVision InsuranceFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountLife insuranceSTD/LTD InsuranceFTCA coverage (malpractice insurance)AFLACPaid Time OffPaid Sick Leave - HWA (Healthy Workplaces Act in New Mexico)Retirement planPaid HolidaysLoan Repayment through HRSAFree Supervision towards Independent LicenseLocation:* In Person or RemotePre-employment background check and drug screen required.
