We are looking for someone who has already solved these types of problems and is confident working independently while collaborating closely with the team.\nYou should have:\n4-5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience (more is encouraged).\nStrong expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\nExperience building and maintaining production ecommerce applications.\nStrong knowledge of MongoDB, Express, REST APIs, and modern web architecture.\nExperience working in large, long-lived (\"brownfield\") codebases.\nThe ability to quickly understand existing systems and make thoughtful improvements without unnecessary rewrites.\nExcellent debugging, problem-solving, and software design skills.\nA track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready software with minimal supervision.\nWe're looking for someone who is confident taking ownership from day one—not someone seeking a training or mentorship role.\nCollaboration Matters\nOur engineering team works closely with executive leadership and operations every day.
