This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing manufacturing operation where your contributions will directly influence safety, reliability, productivity, and long-term business success.\n\nIn this highly visible role, you will provide engineering support across the mill, partnering with Production, Maintenance, Technical, and Leadership teams to solve complex challenges, improve electrical systems, and lead significant capital and major maintenance projects from concept through completion. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the facility while working with modern equipment and driving meaningful improvements across the operation.\nIn this role, you will:\nElectrical Engineering & Technical Leadership\nServe as the primary engineering resource for electrical systems, equipment, and related processes across the mill.\nProvide technical expertise and support to production, maintenance, administrative, and engineering teams.\nAnalyze and resolve complex electrical and equipment-related issues that impact safety, reliability, quality, and productivity.\nIdentify and implement improvements that enhance equipment performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and operating effectiveness.\nSupport troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.\nApply engineering best practices and innovative technologies to improve operational performance and asset utilization.\nCapital Planning & Budget Development\nPartner in the annual development of the plant's three-year capital and major maintenance budget.\nIdentify opportunities for equipment upgrades, modernization, and process improvements.\nDevelop project scopes, cost estimates, vendor quotations, and supporting business justifications.\nPrepare project descriptions and budget forecasts that support the mill's strategic objectives and long-term growth plans.\nProject Development & Preparation\nDevelop and lead cross-functional project teams consisting of operations, maintenance, engineering, and technical personnel.\nCreate detailed project specifications and comprehensive scopes of work.\n\nWhy Join Us?:\n\nGrowth Opportunity: This position has been created to support the continued growth and expansion of the Lancaster Mill.\nMeaningful Impact: Your work will directly influence productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance.\nOwnership & Visibility: Lead projects from concept to completion and see your ideas implemented in the plant.\nCollaborative Environment: Partner with experienced engineers at the facility\nYou have: (required)\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field\n0 to 12+ years of relevant engineering experience *Position level (Associate, Senior, Staff, etc.) will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
