Director of Sales (m/w/d)

With locations in Germany, Denmark, Italy, and the USA, and around 400 employees, we are a rapidly growing company offering exciting opportunities and a supportive work environment.To expand our North American presence, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Director for Wink US to lead and grow our sales and marketing efforts in the region.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and manage sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.Build and nurture relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts.Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.Accurately forecast sales and set performance goals based on available data.Manage and oversee the operating budget for the sales division.Monitor competitors’ products and analyze relevant sales and marketing data to stay competitive.Conduct market research and adjust sales and marketing strategies to optimize success.Collaborate with the corporate marketing department to align strategies and promote products and services.Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Your ProfileProven experience in sales, marketing, and team leadership, with a track record of achieving and exceeding enterprise sales goals.Strong affinity for technical products; experience in the graphic industry and label business is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to think structurally and commercially.Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively manage a large sales team.Willingness to undertake national and international business travel, including regular visits to our headquarters in Germany.What We OfferA dynamic and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
