Experience: -Minimum of one year of support experience in a facilities planning or construction environment or maintenance and operations, which may include experience with budgeting and financial tracking. -Experience working with contractors, architects, and governmental agencies is preferred. -Familiarity with public contracting laws, educational regulations, and facility planning processes. Desirable Qualifications: -Additional coursework or experience in energy conservation, energy management, or facilities-related technologies. -Proficiency in a second language. -Familiarity with CAD software, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools. Knowledge of basic financial systems and software for budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis. Licenses and Certificates: -A valid California Class C driver's license and the ability to maintain insurability are required for travel to construction sites in the district in a district vehicle.
