Production Print Operator / Digital Print AssociateLocation: Brooklyn Park, MN Pay Rate: $20.50/hr (2nd Shift) | $20.80/hr (3rd Shift) Duration: 1-Year ContractShift Schedules:2nd Shift: Sunday Wednesday | 2:30 PM 1:00 AM3rd Shift: Sunday Wednesday | 10:30 PM 9:00 AMOvertime required as neededOverviewWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Print Operators to support high-volume digital printing and production operations. This role is responsible for operating digital print equipment, managing print jobs, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely production output in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate high-volume digital printers, copiers, and color production equipmentReceive, review, and electronically log customer print jobsPerform quality inspections before, during, and after production runsTroubleshoot production issues to meet delivery and output requirementsConduct routine operator maintenance on printing equipmentMaintain production logs and billing information accuratelyTrack, organize, and store completed jobs for future customer use and file backupSupport daily production workflow while meeting deadlines and quality standardsLift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBasic computer skills including keyboarding, mouse navigation, and file managementAbility to send/receive emails, save documents, and perform data entryExperience using internet browsers and sending documents to network printersBasic math skills including multiplication, division, and percentagesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to work independently in a production environmentPrevious print production, copy center, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferredBenefits: (employee contribution) Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
