Lead the strategy and architecture of the retail data platform, ensuring high-quality delivery of complex engineering solutions. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Anaplan models. Optimize Anaplan model performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Integrate Anaplan with other business systems and data sources. Develop and enforce best practices for Anaplan model building and data management. Conduct regular model reviews and implement improvements based on feedback. Stay updated with the latest Anaplan features and functionalities to leverage them effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Anaplan models and integrations.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.\nProven leadership experience in managing data engineering projects.\nStrong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes. Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).\nProficiency in Java and Python programming languages.\nExperience with Anaplan for business planning and performance management.
