This role blends strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on Microsoft Azure while continuing to grow technical depth and architectural understanding.\r\nJob Description and Requirements\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nDesign, develop, and operate secure, maintainable, and scalable web applications using object-oriented principles, modern architecture, and cloud-native patterns.\r\nBuild and maintain solutions for data migration and integration between systems, including workflow automation and data transfer processes.\r\nParticipate in design discussions, share ideas, and implement solutions that follow best practices for performance, reliability, and security.\r\nWrite clean, testable code and apply automated testing, static analysis, and observability tools to ensure reliability and maintainability.\r\nWork across both front-end (modern JavaScript frameworks) and back-end (service-oriented systems built on .NET or similar) components.\r\nUse microservices, containers, and managed Azure services (.NET, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, App Services, Docker) to deliver scalable cloud platforms.\r\nLeverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development, reduce boilerplate, and focus on solving meaningful business problems.\r\nCollaborate closely with peers, designers, and product managers through pair programming, code reviews, and shared design sessions.\r\nContribute to documentation, help refine engineering practices, and learn from senior engineers to strengthen your craft.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n3-5 years of professional experience building commercial-grade software and/or cloud-native applications.\r\nPractical experience with cloud services, Docker, .NET, JavaScript, Cosmos DB, or SQL Server.\r\nSolid understanding of object-oriented design, distributed services, and modern development practices.\r\nExperience with data integration concepts, including ETL workflows and API-based integrations (prior experience with Relativity Integration Points is a plus, but not required).\r\nDemonstrated ability to deliver solutions in collaborative, fast-paced environments.\r\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\r\nRequired Skills: Engineering Principle, Hardware Integration, Innovation, Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Quality Assurance (QA), Research and Development, System Designs, Technical Documents, Troubleshooting\r\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\r\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\r\nThe expected salary range for this role is between $103,000 and $155,000.\r\nThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
