You'll master sales skills with our training to keep customers happy and build lasting relationships.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesRespond to website email inquiriesAnswer or direct requests from website chat systemAnswer phone calls and process ordersConduct outbound calls to prospective leads and existing Key Account customersQualify customers and sales leads for parts technical staffFollow up on sales activityAssist with maintenance of the HHP customer and parts databasesAssist with product developmentEnsure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationshipsMeet or exceed Key Performance IndicatorsUtilize our databases proficiently to look up parts, including rebuild kitsContinue training on engine technologyAttend Sales Skills TrainingWork Saturday shifts in rotation with other upper-level sales staffFollow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediatelyRequirementsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):Highest attention to detail and willingness to provide support at all levels to get the job doneBasic computer skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven ability to achieve sales targets1-3 years of customer service experienceBasic understanding of business principlesExperience in inputting data into computer applicationsSuccessful completion of pre-employment background and drug screeningFosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environmentPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
