Master’s degree preferred.\nProven experience as an IT Program Manager, ideally within life sciences or other regulated industries.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align diverse stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and collaborate effectively with product teams.\nSolid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; Agile coaching experience is a strong plus.\nExperience with modernization of legacy systems and programs is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and QA/testing procedures; technical depth is not required but comfort with technical environments is expected.\nCritical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
