{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"0d469badd1774405282c8e1d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0d469badd1774405282c8e1d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/0d469badd1774405282c8e1d","title":"Assembler 2","description":"Job Description:\nPerforms any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment.\nMay conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.\nWorks within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nOne (1) to two (2) year of manufacturing assembly experience.\nEffective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.\nAbility to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.\nAbility to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.\nMust be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.\nHas good attention to detail.\nAbility to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.\nWillingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.\nOccasionally, this position will also require assisting packaging base on business needs.\nResponsible for the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.\nPerform finished product packaging as required to satisfy all customer, internal, clinical, and other demand.\nEnsure finished product is packaged in accordance with procedures and Quality specifications.\nInspect in-process packaging, components to ensure consistent quality and remove defective products and packaging material.\nPerform routine cleaning of packaging station and processing equipment.\nAbide by all personal protective equipment and product contamination control (i.e., gowning) requirements.\nHandle hazardous waste as appropriate.\nWork well in a team environment.\nGood documentation practices.\nMust be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required.\nPhysical Demand\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. From time to time, the employee may be required to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
