Our mission is rooted in four core values: Putting People First, Doing Our Best Together, Making Therapy Fun, and Above All—We Grow Potential!Job DescriptionWithin this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!This role is a Full-Time position & on-site at our Conroe clinic!Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.Primary Responsibilities:Assessments/evaluationsDevelopment of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessionsCo-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical DirectorsConsult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progressFlexible Options: We also offer part-time and hourly positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication DisordersCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferredUnencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state boardPreferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
