Responsible to run reports, physical location and counting of items. Preparation of cycle counts reports, research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.\n\nEssential Job Duties\n\nEnsure compliance to inventory procedure.\nAccurately counting for assigned locations.\nAssist and perform investigation process to resolve inventory issues.\nAdopt and follow up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas.\nPerform Batch Description (DB) of material by Variance Request (VR's) Verify quantities of VR's performed by Changeover.\nAudit Scrap reported by Changeover in the Material Transfer Form (MT) Assist in activities related with materials purge.\nScrap material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n\nCycle counter, Warehouse or Assembly technician experience. Inventory control knowledge.\nExperience with warehouse tools and equipment including forklift.\nSelf-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.\nBasic English (written/spoken).
