Walsh is a company where, when you work hard, you will be recognized.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProviding leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnel\r\nProject start up, project completion, and entire close-out process\r\nDevelops strategy for personnel development & recruiting\r\nResponsible for managing contractual issues\r\nEstablishing and maintain customer relationships\r\nAccurate forecasting of costs for job completion\r\nProvide leadership and development to project team\r\nFinal say in the resolution of problems\r\nQuality Assurance and Quality Control plans\r\nIdentifies issues to Program Manager as required to ensure the success of the project\r\nReviews and approves preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete\r\nEnsures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed\r\nCoordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goals\r\nQualifications\r\n7+ years of experience\r\nBachelor's degree preferred\r\nExperience in managing construction teams\r\nSuccess in client relationships\r\nSpecific roles may require relocation\r\nDivision: Water\r\nJob Category: Project Management\r\nJob Type: Full_time\r\nThe Walsh Group, Ltd.
