Every team member is expected to take pride in their work.\nWe're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not simply find their next job.\nWho This Position Is For\nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to become part of a long-term team.\nYou do not need to know everything.\nYou do need to be coachable.\nWe have our own systems, methods, and quality standards, and every new team member goes through extensive training regardless of previous experience.\nIf you're looking for a place to grow professionally, develop valuable skills, and be promoted from within based on performance, we'd like to meet you.\nWho This Position Is NOT For\nThis position is probably not a good fit if you:\nAre simply looking for your next paycheck\nPrefer working independently without following established procedures\nAren't interested in learning new methods\nDon't enjoy physically demanding work\nExpect to move directly into a leadership position\nWe're building a team for the long term and invest heavily in training the right people.\nWhat You'll Do\nManufacture custom cabinetry\nCut and machine cabinet components\nEdge band and finish panels\nAssemble cabinets and drawer systems\nAssist with sanding, finishing, and quality control\nPrepare projects for delivery\nInstall custom cabinetry at residential job sites\nMaintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace\nWork closely with a professional team to deliver exceptional results\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum 2 years of carpentry, cabinetry, finish carpentry, millwork, woodworking, or related construction experience\nStrong work ethic\nExcellent attention to detail\nAbility to take direction and continuously learn\nReliable transportation\nPositive attitude and team-first mentality\nComfortable using power tools and woodworking machinery\nAble to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday with a teammate\nAble to repeatedly bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform overhead work\nAble to work in both a shop environment and active construction sites\nCompensation\nStarting salary: $48,000/year\nW-2 Employee\n60-day probationary period\nAnnual performance review\nSalary increases based on performance, skill development, and responsibility\nBenefits\n10 paid days off annually (combined vacation/sick leave)\nCompany-provided tools\nFuel card for approved installation travel\nPaid on-the-job training\nOpportunity for long-term career advancement\nSchedule\nMonday–Friday\n8:00 AM–5:00 PM\nLocation\nKyle, Texas\nAbout SOLLeSOLUTIONS\nSOLLeSOLUTIONS designs, manufactures, finishes, delivers, and installs fully custom cabinetry for high-end residential projects across Central Texas.
