Full-Time Opportunity!Must live in Georgia or Alabama$45/hr – $90/hr+ (DOE, based on experience level)No sponsorship availableProgram / Project Scheduler – Energy & UtilitiesMultiple Openings!We are seeking experienced Program / Project Schedulers to support large-scale Energy & Utility projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure initiatives, including combined cycle, battery storage, CCR, generation, nuclear, and outage projects.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player with a solid foundation in project scheduling and a passion for delivering accurate, data-driven project timelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed project schedulesDefine critical path, establish baselines, and manage schedule performanceIntegrate resources and budgets for accurate forecastingPerform monthly schedule updates and validate subcontractor progressReforecast timelines and identify risks or delaysCreate milestone reports and look-ahead schedulesCollaborate with project teams to support planning and cash flow forecastingQualifications:Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft ProjectBackground in Energy & Utilities projects preferredStrong understanding of scheduling fundamentals and critical path analysisExcellent communication and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience Levels:Level 1: 0–5 yearsLevel 2: 3–10 yearsLevel 3: 10+ yearsLevel 4: 20+ yearsAdditional Requirements:Must be located in Georgia or AlabamaWillingness to travel as needed (1–4 days per week, depending on project)Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Why Join?Work on impactful infrastructure projectsStrong team environment with growth opportunitiesExposure to major energy and utility initiativesReady to take your scheduling career to the next level?Apply today!
