This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.\r\nLocation: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available\r\nCompensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually\r\nResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end coding integration strategy and execution across services\r\nEnsure alignment of coding workflows and systems across facilities\r\nStandardize policies and best practices for consistency and efficiency\r\nEnsure compliance with academic medical center standards and regulatory requirements\r\nPartner with compliance teams to maintain accuracy and audit readiness\r\nMonitor coding KPIs to optimize quality and productivity\r\nServe as the primary escalation point for complex coding issues\r\nOversee multiple facilities to ensure consistent execution and alignment\r\nLead and develop coding integration leaders and teams\r\nQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\r\n10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare coding, revenue cycle, or HIM\r\n5+ years of leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments\r\nDeep expertise in inpatient, outpatient, and/or professional coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)\r\nExperience supporting academic medical centers or large teaching hospitals\r\nProven track record managing high-volume operations and large, distributed teams\r\nStrong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills\r\nBenefitsHybrid/on-site engagement based on operational needs\r\nOpportunities for professional development and mentorship\r\nA dynamic working environment supporting multi-site operations\r\nOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
