This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys complex machining work, takes ownership of programming and setups, and consistently produces high-quality parts to tight tolerances.\r\nWhat You'll DoInterpret complex blueprints, program sheets, and work instructions.\r\nProgram, set up, and operate CNC lathes, machining centers, and related equipment.\r\nPerform precision turning, milling, drilling, boring, and other machining operations.\r\nCreate and optimize CNC programs using CAM software.\r\nComplete machine changeovers, select tooling, and make necessary offsets or adjustments.\r\nRun multiple machines simultaneously when production requirements allow.\r\nInspect and gauge parts throughout the process to ensure conformance to customer specifications and quality standards.\r\nMaintain clean machines, tooling, work areas, and finished parts.\r\nCollaborate effectively with team members and maintain strong, reliable attendance.\r\nWhat You BringAt least 5 years of conventional and/or CNC machining experience.\r\nAt least 3 years of CNC CAM programming experience.\r\nStrong ability to read and interpret detailed drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.\r\nProven experience with setup, troubleshooting, inspection, and precision measurement.\r\nExperience programming in Mastercam is strongly preferred.\r\nFamiliarity with Okuma and DMG lathes or machining centers is a plus.\r\nMulti-axis machining experience is a plus.\r\nVericut programming or simulation experience is a plus.\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\r\nWhat's OfferedFull-time, Monday through Friday schedule.\r\nClean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.\r\nHealth, dental, life, and disability insurance.\r\n401(k), profit-sharing/pension plan, and annual bonus opportunities.\r\nPaid time off and tuition reimbursement.\r\nIf you are a hands-on CNC professional who can program, set up, inspect, and run precision work independently, we encourage you to apply.
