All candidates must have the following: All candidates must have 2 years of prior experience working with children in a developmental therapist capacity Must have prior experience as a developmental therapist with an emphasis on birth to three population Passion for empowering parents to support their children with developmental delays Developmental Assessment Experience (Utilizing one of the following tools: DAYC-2, HAWAII/HELP, etc.) Clinical Documentation Experience (Writing Samples are required) Experienced infant development clinician who is reliable with world-class communication skills (written and verbal communication) Must be able to make an 18-month commitment due to continuity of care requirements Must reside near the location of the job post and have reliable transportation (Car, etc.) Must be able to accept a minimum of 20 treatment visits assigned per week. Must have availability during the week, during the mornings and afternoons. Each treatment session is 1 hour per week. You are being evaluated in this process on your communication skills, professional goals alignment and overall response time of your communication. Phone Interview(After the email interview, you may be invited to participate in our phone interview process, where we evaluate your verbal communication skills over the phone while continuing to learn more about your clinical experience) In-Person Interview(After the phone interview process, you may be invited to participate in our in-person interview process where we evaluate your professionalism and continue the process of getting to know you and your clinical skill sets. Observation Interview (After the in-person interview process, you may be invited to participate in an observation interview where you go out with a clinician for 1 to 2 treatment visits. During this process, we evaluate how you engage during the treatment sessions and professionalism and utilize our clinical team to give direct clinical feedback on the candidate, etc.) Compensation Structure: We believe in offering roles that are rewarding, include great earning potential, and offer benefits that can support your growth and your families! Our compensation is structured with a billable treatment hourly rate and an administrative hourly rate. We also include generous bonuses based on productivity and the top tiers also can account for overtime based on time worked. We compensate our team for every minute worked inclusive of billable time but then documentation time, drive time between consumers, follow up time with parents, and more.
