Position: Tea Specialist and Dispensary Sales Associate Location: Plaza area of Charlotte, NC At Hemp & Tea Company, we lead with education, hospitality, and intention. Position Overview This role supports customers through tea, hemp, and infused beverage offerings while creating a respectful, education focused in-store experience. Ideal candidates enjoy thoughtful conversation, learning products in depth, and helping customers make confident decisions.
