International Sales Associate

Summary: The International Sales Associate helps Sales Managers work with our international distributors to promote our products around the world. The position is a training program for future International Sales Managers. A successful Associate will be promoted to International Sales Manager after approximately 2 years. Responsibilities: Analyze sales trends to develop insights and recommendations. Review reports from distributors or Sales Managers. Help developing strategies to grow sales. Help International Sales Managers prepare for market visits. May accompany Sales Managers on some market visits. Help Logistics team with order entry, shipping, and research projects. Help with department-wide projects. Skills and Experience: Must be fluent in English. Experience or demonstrated interest in international business. Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
