Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier development companies! You will handle the general cleaning and punch list items of the homes under construction.\nYou will work closely with the Site Superintendent covering the site management and assisting with day to day punch list items including but not limited to:\nPre-drywall punch list and checklist completion items.\nPre-final walk through punch list and checklist completion items.\nMeeting with inspectors (if applicable).\nContractor quality control follow up.\nEnsure that the grounds of the development are kept in a litter-free condition at all times.\nQualifications and Required Experience:\nMust be able to work on your feet all day and lift 20+ lbs.\nAbility to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including management, sales, trades, vendors and customers.\nMust be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and have the willingness to take on additional responsibility.\nValid Michigan Driver’s License\nWho We Are:Infinity Homes & Co. is a fully diversified real estate development company that specializes in single and multi-family home building, land development, land & real estate acquisitions, residential and commercial leasing, property management of company owned properties and property management.\nWe strive to continue to produce one of life’s main necessities, housing, in an efficient quality manner.
