Our model is centered on delivering high-quality, value-based care with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes, provider satisfaction, and operational excellence.As a group operating across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, and commercial populations under both risk-based and fee-for-service contracts, we are focused on building a scalable, high-performing platform that aligns clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.Position OverviewThe VP of Operations, North Texas (the “VP”) serves as the clinic operations leader for performance of Palm’s Texas market primary care centers. Will be responsible for day-to-day activities with clinic administrative staff, clinic facility management, integration of clinics, and execution of market priorities at the direction of the Texas Market President.This role partners closely with the Texas Market President, the senior market medical leader, and corporate operations staff to drive execution, financial and operational performance, and ensure strong alignment between clinical and operational teams.
